Returns & Cancelation Policy
At Wholesale Outlet Stock, we specialize in supplying branded clothing, footwear, and accessories at competitive prices. Our stock includes both A-grade (new) and B-grade (customer and shop returns) items. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on stock once it has been purchased. All goods are sold as seen and our customers are afforded every opportunity to come and view goods as well as our processing before placing an order.
Business-to-Business Transactions
Wholesale Outlet Stock exclusively serves businesses, including companies and individual traders operating as Limited Companies or Sole Traders on platforms such as eBay, Depop, or Vinted. Consequently, all transactions with us are considered business-to-business (B2B) and are exempt from consumer law. This means that the rights and protections afforded to consumers under retail law do not apply to our transactions. We recommend that you review your purchase carefully and contact us with any questions before finalizing your order.
A-Grade and B-Grade Stock
- A-Grade items are generally new and in excellent condition. However, due to the nature of liquidation and surplus stock, please note that A-Grade items may contain up to 3% minor defects.
- B-Grade items may have more noticeable defects or imperfections. All sales of B-Grade items are final, and we encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt.
No Returns Policy Given the nature of our wholesale business and the heavily discounted prices we offer, we operate on a strict no-returns policy. This means that once you have received your goods, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. We advise all customers to thoroughly inspect goods before completing the purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Incorrect or Faulty Items If you believe there is a major error with your order, such as receiving incorrect items, missing products, or items with significant faults beyond the expected 3% defect rate for A-Grade goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require:
- Your order number and invoice number.
- A clear explanation of the issue.
- Photographs of the faulty or incorrect items.
Our team will investigate your claim and aim to respond within 7 working days. Please note that the resolution process may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. After our investigation, we reserve the right to either refuse the claim, exchange any faulty goods, or issue a credit note that can be applied to your next purchase. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
Returning Faulty Goods
If we agree to replace faulty goods, it is your responsibility to return the items to us at your own cost. The goods must be in their original condition upon return.

Cancelations:
If for any reason order is cancelled after payment, please note that we charge 20% restock fee. This is to cover cost incurred through processing your order. In many circumstances we purchase additional goods to complete orders and cancelling such order, especially when this are custom orders there will be charges applied to cover cost of processing and labour. Cancelation refunds will take up to 14 calendar days. In some circumstance this may take longer depending on specific orders and volumes.
We aim to maintain professional and long lasting relationships with all our clients and for this reason we urge all our B2B clients to read though our T&C's before returning any goods and or cancelling orders which are made specifically for them to avoid a very costly process on all sides.
