• A-Grade Items: These are new, original products in excellent condition, sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors.
• B-Grade Items: These products may have minor defects or be factory seconds, returns, or surplus stock. These defects will be described in the product listing, and the price will reflect their condition.

4. Accuracy of Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, due to the nature of B-Grade stock, slight variations may occur. Please refer to the individual product descriptions for specific details about the condition of B-Grade items.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Debit / Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to all countries unless otherwise stated. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, but during busy periods this may take longer.

Please note that for B-Grade items, slight delays may occur in dispatch as we carefully inspect each item before shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: The processing time for an order before it can be shipped can be from 3 day to 3 weeks depending on the stock and size of the order.

7. Returns and Refunds

No Returns Policy Given the nature of our wholesale business and the heavily discounted prices we offer, we operate on a strict no-returns policy. This means that once you have received your goods, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. We advise all customers to thoroughly inspect goods before completing the purchase to ensure satisfaction.
